High Council Elder

Ben Rockwell's connection, done for his birthday Happy Birthday Ben!

Gorgeous being, gorgeous energy. I can't figure out if it's male or female, it has both energies. Seems like a member of a high council or something similar they have. One of the elders for sure. And from what I am getting, this council is not just this race. I am not getting much from this being, which tells me Ben is supposed to connect and it will talk to him instead. I am only getting energies that are very, VERY humbling and loving.
